What should I do if my lock crashes?

If you believe the lock has crashed, press the reboot button on the bottom of the front panel to restart the system. 

Push and hold the button with something small like a paperclip for a few seconds until you see the lock turn off and then back on. 

*Please note this does not erase your lock settings (only factory reset does that).
