If your lock does not respond, connect a 5V micropower bank via USB on the bottom of the front panel as a power supply. If your lock still does not respond, press the reboot button on the bottom of the front panel. Located to the right of the micro USB power port.
Push and hold the button with something small like a paperclip for a few seconds until you see the lock turn off and then back on.
