Which Z-Wave hubs work with Alfred's Z-Wave module?

Currently, Alfred locks can be paired with major Z-Wave hub manufacturers - Samsung SmartThings (beta), Vera and Hubitat are supported.  Other smart home hubs are currently not confirmed and may not work out of the box right away.
