How do I restore my Alfred DB series to factory settings?

To restore your lock back to factory settings, please following these steps:

• Open your door and keep Alfred unlocked.
• Open the battery box and locate the reset button.
• Use a paperclip to press and hold the reset button.
• While holding the reset button, first remove then replace one of the batteries.
• Continue holding the reset button until the voice guide or beeper prompts you to stop.
