Handing Switch

If you find that the bolt is not operating properly, please check the Handing Switch.  

You will want to remove the batteries and then unscrew the cover (escutcheon) of the lock.  As you look at the motherboard, there should be a tiny switch towards the top left set to either "L" or "R."

This switch should be facing toward the door frame.  When you find that switch, turn it to the other side, then put the lock back together.  This should ensure that the bolt will go in the right direction from now on.
